# OneShot GTM

> Founder-led outreach from discovery to replies, with local state and signed action receipts.

OneShot GTM is an open-source GTM agent for technical founders. It combines a terminal CLI and local dashboard over the same SQLite ledger.

[OneShot](/introduction) supplies actions such as research, enrichment, email, SMS and voice. GTM adds the strategy: discover people who fit your product, review evidence, draft an appropriate first touch, follow up, and record what happened.

## Start with a founder-sized motion

Set your product brief, ideal customer profile (ICP), and founder background. Enable a finder, inspect the candidates it produces, and approve the people you actually want to contact. Review drafts before expanding your automation.

The product is designed for learning before scale. [Soft gates](/oneshot-gtm/soft-gates) help you decide whether your motion is ready to templatize or hand off. [Receipts and RoCS](/oneshot-gtm/rocs) connect recorded action spend with attributed outcomes.

## What you control

The code and prompts are MIT licensed. You bring your LLM provider and keys. Product configuration, prospects and cadence state live locally; paid actions use the OneShot platform. There is no GTM seat subscription, but model usage, action calls and your sending providers can incur costs.

Start with the [quickstart](/oneshot-gtm/quickstart), then follow the [dashboard guide](/oneshot-gtm/dashboard). The [CLI reference](/oneshot-gtm/cli-reference) is generated from the actual command tree.
